Water in Long Beach is Laden With Dispersed Oil
The little bit of turbulence from the remnants of that tropical system has churned up the oil apparently from the bottom and the tide was like dark coffee. It was just awful looking. There were tar balls washing in and I know there were dead fish again against the sea wall, but the water was so dark with oil, you couldn't see them. Filmed by Denise Rednour on August 12th, 2010.
